*As a Charity we rely upon donations from our visitors to support our animal welfare and conservation work. All admission prices include a 10% voluntary donation from you in support of our charitable work. If you choose not to support our charitable work you can pay the standard admission price online or on arrival at our main entrance.

Please note Dudley Zoo and Castle or any outlets on site do not accept £50 notes.

Under the Gift Aid scheme we can claim an additional 25p for every £1 that you donate. You need to be a UK tax payer and understand that if you pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all your donations in that tax year, it is your responsibility to pay any difference. Gift Aid can only be claimed on donations for you and members of your family that visit Dudley Zoo.

Please note that children under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult. Identification and proof of age may be requested on arrival.

Permission must be obtained in advance from the Press Office for all filming and photography used for commercial purposes.
